What do you do to your flowers to keep them lasting so long? I've never had flowers last in full bloom for an entire week! I called my nephew in Seattle and told him how pretty and long lasting the flowers are, and he wants to know your name and address so he can call you later when he sends me flowers for Christmas! I told him to make sure he sends me flowers for Christmas! There are lots of flower shops in Scottsdale and I've gotten lots of flowers from them, but none have lasted as long as the ones that came from you!

I told her it's Pamela Magic! She's a Michigan State University graduate and learned how to grow and condition flowers that are to be used for cut-flower arrangements. Pamela's special techniques make flowers last twice as long as they usually do.

Tina, I was visiting my children in Phoenix and my sister-in-law sent them the most beautiful gift basket! It was wonderful! It was so beautiful and all full of fruit and goodies and you called before you delivered to make sure someone would be home! You should definately use Basket Express & Roadrunner Florist when you need flowers or a gift basket! Tina and Pamela are AWESOME! I am the executive administrative assistant for a local airline, and I'm here to tell you when I call Tina and tell her what I need, I never ever have to worry about at thing! Calling them means one less thing on my "to-do" list! The gift baskets are unique and beautiful. You should see the baby baskets she has done for us! And when someone passes away, I always call and they know just what to send to express our most sincere sympathies. I use them whenever I have a need for flowers and gift baskets, and they deliver or ship everywhere. At Christmas I put them to work and they design our gift baskets for all of our corporate members. They have used Hawaii, and China as themes, and especially Southwest. I know they will always send something wonderful. Go, Tina and Pamela! I hope you are in business for another 40 years!

Pamela, Sandy went wild! She called my husband at work. She called me at home. She said the flowers are the most beautiful she'd ever seen. I just can't believe it! On June 4, 2008, you delivered a beautiful arrangement of flowers to my mother there in St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. The flowers were pretty, and the best part was the "Bee" that you put on top! Must be some kind of Bee Well bee, and the nurses liked it so much they put it on their counter in the ICU even though they weren't supposed to have it there! You sure got a lot of exposure because of that bee! I'm calling to tell you how happy we were to have you do this for us, and that mom is coming along just fine.

After a recent fiasco ordering a fifty-first wedding anniversary arrangement for my parents through FTD, the owner Tina Ashburn made a gracious personal effort to rectify the situation. She took major steps to make good on an order that, although displayed on the FTD website, was virtually impossible to fill due to the unavailability of spring and summer flowers in the Christmas season. FTD should review their offerings to the public to better serve requests (people choose carefully from their site to send the flowers they want to be received..not second choices!).. Tina redelivered a beautiful arrangement even after I had lost faith in FTD and the possibility of a resolution. Thank you, Tina and Road Runner Florist.

Hi,

Now that I opened the package you can tell your friend that she outdid herself!! It was packed with all kinds of stuff, from thermal boot knee-high socks, cat candle, chocolate, Christmas decorations, cocoa, tea, cat writing pad, beautiful cocoa/coffee cup with stirring spoon, candy cane, apple tin lotion & bath gel that smells heavenly (apple is one of my favorite fragances....Avon used to have an apple blossum sache perfume cream that I loved). It was tied with a beautiful Christmas green & red ribbon bow that I have already tied to the staircase and a pine sprig with decorations that I placed next to the orange tiffany lamp.
